Senior Director, Head of U.S. Index Investment Strategy
Anu R. Ganti is Senior Director and Head of U.S. Index Investment Strategy at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). The index investment strategy team provides research and commentary on the entire S&P DJI product set, including U.S. and global equities, thematics, commodities, fixed income and sustainability indices. She is also a frequent contributor to both print and broadcast media outlets.
Prior to joining S&P DJI, Anu worked in the asset management space, completing a post-MBA rotational program at Russell Investments within their fixed income research and trading divisions and working as a portfolio manager focusing on emerging market equities at Parametric Portfolio Associates (part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management).
Anu is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA in finance and economics from Columbia Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Gregg Lemos-Stein is a Managing Director and Chief Analytical Officer for Corporate Ratings at S&P Global Ratings.
Gregg Lemos-Stein is a Managing Director and Chief Analytical Officer for Corporate Ratings at S&P Global Ratings. He is also co-chair of the Global Credit Conditions Committee, a cross-asset class group of senior analysts and economists. In his Chief Analytical Officer role, Gregg is responsible for analytical excellence and ratings consistency, the quality and timeliness of credit publications, and the creation and coordination of cross-sector and thematic research.
Gregg joined S&P Global Ratings in 2002 and has had a wide range of analytical and managerial roles in New York and London. Prior to his current position, Gregg was head of Analytics & Research for Corporate Ratings. He was previously Analytical Manager for the EMEA real estate sector and also led a team of analysts covering diversified sectors in Israel. Prior to that, he was analytical manager for the U.S. telecom and cable ratings team. He was a senior analyst in the U.S. autos and auto suppliers team from 2006 to 2010.
Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Gregg worked for The Dreyfus Corporation and its parent Mellon Financial Corp. Gregg was also a business reporter for The Associated Press for several years.
Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor of arts from The University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

David Tesher is a Managing Director and the Head of U.S. Corporate Research at S&P Global Ratings. The U.S. Corporate Research Team is responsible for researching, writing and publishing topical credit and sector specific commentaries. In addition to coordinating thought leadership research efforts for U.S. Corporate Ratings, David also leads the North American Corporate Ratings Group on the North American Credit Conditions Committee and Portfolio Analytics Team. Tim previously served as Principal Research Analyst and Insurance Sector Strategist at S&P Global Market Intelligence, roles in which he developed the firm's flagship insurance research franchise and established its reputation for rigorous, data-intensive analysis rooted in NAIC statutory filings. In these capacities he built out coverage across all major insurance lines, originating research on underwriting performance, investment portfolio construction, regulatory developments, and emerging structural trends that has informed the strategies of insurers, investors, and advisors across the market.
Prior to the 2015 acquisition of SNL Financial by S&P Global, Tim spent more than a decade at SNL building deep expertise at the intersection of insurance, financial services, and capital markets, helping to establish the firm’s statutory financial coverage and chronicling the rise, fall and rebirth of the securitization market through the global financial crisis.
He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia.
