In his capacity as Global Co-Chair of the AOCC, Chiza Vitta is responsible for providing critical leadership and coordination in delivering excellence in analytics.
In his capacity as Global Co-Chair of the AOCC, Chiza Vitta is responsible for providing critical leadership and coordination in delivering excellence in analytics. In addition to helping shape and cascade a standard and analytically consistent forward view, Chiza is tasked with identifying and evaluating emerging credit risks and integrating them into the rating process.
Chiza joined S&P Global Ratings in 2012 as a Corporate Ratings analyst and has covered the Business Services and Technology, as well as the Metals and Mining sectors. Chiza is based in the Dallas Texas office.
Before joining S&P Global, Chiza worked in New York for several years at Citi in their Corporate and Investment Bank, and subsequently at Jefferies & Co. in their Investment Banking Division.
Chiza holds a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Stephen Caprio is the Head of US & European Credit Strategy at Deutsche Bank.
Stephen Caprio is the Head of US & European Credit Strategy at Deutsche Bank. Prior to this role, Steve was the Head of European Credit Strategy at BNP Paribas and a Senior Global Credit Strategist at UBS in both NYC & London. Through his career, Steve has built a strong global client franchise based on his macro thematic research, development of systematic frameworks, and historical analysis of credit fundamentals. Steve is a CFA charterholder and holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
