Senior Director of Global Real Estate
Keven Lindemann is the Senior Director of Global Real Estate at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, Keven is responsible for Real Estate solutions including leading research and data covering the global REIT markets. Keven is a regular, cited resource on REITs for leading financial publications and media. He has also guest-lectured on Real Estate Capital Markets at universities in the U.S. and abroad.

Global Head of Managed Services - Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Outreach
David Lane is the global head of Managed Services for Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Outreach at S&P Global Market Intelligence. David is responsible for implementing efficient processes to support clients in meeting their regulatory obligations through client communications, data reporting, staff augmentation and subject matter expertise. With nearly 10 years’ experience at S&P Global, David has overseen numerous large-scale client initiatives for both buy side and sell side firms. These initiatives have included FATCA/CRS compliance, derivative regulations, Onboarding, KYC, and AML. David earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Connecticut in the United States.

Mr. Winters is Senior Director - Market Development & Strategic Initiatives for GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for private equity real estate and infrastructure portfolios. Primary responsibilities include institutional investor and fund manager engagement, new product deployment, sourcing upstream capital market partner opportunities, pursuing business development activities, and delivering key account management in the Americas region. While leading GRESB Americas, the region grew to surpass over 400 leading institutional investors, private equity firms and listed companies in US + Canada + LatAm [2014-2021].
Mr. Winters is Senior Director - Market Development & Strategic Initiatives for GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for private equity real estate and infrastructure portfolios. Prior to GRESB included serving the US Green Building Council as its Senior Fellow - Business Strategy & Finance, harnessing extensive professional experience with institutional investment that included tenures at Russell Real Estate and CBRE. Mr Winters has degrees from Harvard, SMU and UW. He previously served as adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Colvin Institute of Real Estate, and is currently a Counselor of Real Estate.
