Jvan Gaffuri is a member of the S&P Global Energy Horizons ESG Benchmarking Team since January 2020, when S&P Global acquired the ESG Ratings Business from RobecoSAM.
Jvan Gaffuri is a member of the S&P Global Horizons ESG Benchmarking Team since January 2020, when S&P Global acquired the ESG Ratings Business from RobecoSAM. He began his career at RobecoSAM as a senior equity analyst in the equity research team covering technology companies and firms specializing in pollution control. His professional roles also span experience as a Portfolio Manager/Financial Analyst for Japanese and Asia/Pacific equities (deputy for USA) at Swiss Life Asset Management. Jvan began his career within the investment research department of the Banca del Gottardo (Switzerland) where he was in charge of the analysis of equity markets in Japan and the Asia/Pacific region. Jvan Gaffuri studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Dante Pesce González studied History and Political Science at the Catholic University of Chile and Public Administration at Harvard University. Grassroots community organizer during the 90´s. Founder (2001) and Executive Director of Vincular-Center at the Business School of the Catholic University of Valparaíso (Chile), being responsible of the execution of over 300 contracts with business enterprises and business associations, over 7.000 alumni, in 24 countries, all of them in the "global south". Ashoka Foundation Fellow, Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. Past member of the governance structure of GRI, ISO26000, among others. Current advisor to AMFORI, PRI, Wintershalldea, BAYER, DPDHL. Lecturer at several Universities in Latin America, but also in Zurich, Geneva, Brussels, Beijing. In 2015 he was appointed by the United Nations Human Rights Council to serve ad-honorem for 6 years, as member of the UN working group on business and human rights, including being Chair/President on 3 occasions, leading tracks on policy coherence, state own enterprises, due diligence in practice and the evaluation of the first 10 years of implementation of the Guiding Principles, including the definition of the strategy for the next 10 years of implementation. Since September 2022, he has become Senior Strategic Advisor on human rights and responsible business conduct to the International Organization of Employers (IOE), leading the design and implementation strategy, for the newly announced IOE Centre on human rights and responsible business conduct.

Elena Salgado Rodriguez studied Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain and has a LLM on International Human Rights Law at Maastricht University, The Netherlands. She worked in several civil society organizations on both the protection of women’s rights through strategic litigation and on regulatory advocacy efforts around the topic of business & human rights and sustainability.
Currently works as an ESG Analyst at the Horizons ESG Research team where she is responsible for the human rights topic within the Corporate Sustainability Assessment and contributes to the ESG Controversies Screening process.
