Michael Miller, Executive Director, Global Client Advisory & Thought Leadership at S&P Global Market Intelligence, brings over two decades of experience in capital markets and investor relations.
He provides strategic counsel to global clients, ensuring they are well-positioned to plan and execute all aspects of their investor relations programs. Before joining S&P Global, he spent five years abroad as Head of Investor, Media & Public Relations at National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions in investor relations at renowned institutions including BNY Mellon, Dun & Bradstreet, Arthur Andersen and T. Rowe Price. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Associate Director, Situational Analytics, Investor Relations Solutions
Morgan Baccari is an Associate Director on S&P Global’s Situational Analytics team, assisting companies with ESG benchmarking and targeting, as well as issuers considering significant changes, such as M&A activity, spin-offs, and capital allocation policy adjustments. Additionally, she works with banking and exchange partners to help with their clients’ overall investor outreach strategy.

Emily leads our EMEA Shareholder Intelligence team. Emily has over 15 years’ experience in IR, having held numerous roles within S&P Global's Advisory business specializing in the Germanic and French speaking markets.
Emily joined S&P from the Investor Relations Advisory Team of UBS Corporate Broking where she serviced UK Corporates. She previously held a number of Consultancy roles with Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Edelman Smithfield supporting UK and European teams on their IR Strategy.

Team lead, Perception Analytics
Alex is a Team Lead on the global Perception team based in London and plays an integral role in on-the-ground research and due diligence for clients in EMEA.
As well as using insights from market sentiment to help drive C-suite and Board-level decisions for his corporate clients, Alex has also worked on emerging market landscape studies which help steer government policy in improving the investment climate of their country. During his time on the team, Alex led the redevelopment of the Perception Benchmark Database and now oversees its updates to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Alex holds a master’s degree in Financial Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Cardiff University.
