Managing Director, Tax Solutions
William has an extensive background in information reporting, documentation and withholding. He serves as one of the tax subject matter experts regarding the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the OECD's Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Qualified Intermediary (QI) compliance and Section 871(m). He works with several financial institutions, including large multi-national banks, insurance companies and funds. William has a broad range of experience assisting clients in the implementation of process and procedures for operational tax compliance. Prior to joining S&P Global, William spent over 12 years with HSBC where he was seconded in the United Kingdom and acted as the Group's subject matter expert with respect to FATCA. He was also responsible for the Group's QI program; and had oversight of internal testing, audit preparation and risk management. William has experience in implementing and developing global operational tax risk processes and procedures; and has developed information reporting, documentation and withholding training programs for business lines. William has also worked with U.S. withholding compliance issues and led successful Voluntary Compliance Program submissions. He has over 20 years' experience in the financial service industry and brings a practical understanding on how to implement strategic institutional change in order to comply with operational tax matters.

Yvonne leads the EMEA Tax Solutions business and is a seasoned tax subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience advising global financial institutions, online brokers, and multinational corporations. She specializes in U.S. and international withholding tax and information reporting regimes, including FATCA, QI, CRS, CARF, and DAC8.

Director, Tax Compliance & Operations
Yitzhak leads eToro's Tax Compliance & Operations team providing technical and operational leadership across the full tax lifecycle - from onboarding and documentation to withholding, reporting, and customer communications - for trading in crypto assets, equities, and options derivatives. He is the business owner for multiple tax-technology and customer-experience initiatives, including eToro’s tax partner program, tax report delivery, tax onboarding enhancements, and account statement modernization.
Yitzhak has developed and implemented firmwide policies, procedures, and control frameworks to support consistent methodologies in tax information reporting, while partnering across product, engineering, operations, data, and customer support to streamline processes, strengthen governance, and improve the reliability of reporting outputs. He has led global compliance efforts and engaged with tax authorities, bringing hands-on experience in translating regulatory requirements into scalable operating models.
In addition to his day-to-day leadership, Yitzhak has contributed to international transparency initiatives, including work with the OECD on CARF and CRS 2.0.
He brings to this session a pragmatic perspective on future-proofing US reporting and withholding programs - combining regulatory fluency with the technology and data strategies needed to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and scale confidently.
