US Head of Dividend Forecasting
Juan Pablo leads the Dividend Forecasting team for the Americas region. He manages a diverse group of analysts based in Argentina, India, and the United States. Prior to this role, he specialized in dividend forecasting for US and Canadian TMT and Healthcare companies through bottom-up fundamental analysis. He actively participates in public webinars, has published various research reports and regularly engages with clients and industry leaders.
The Dividend Forecasting product helps financial institutions price stocks and ETFs derivatives by delivering precise forecasts of the size and timing of dividend payments based on company and ETF research, market announcements, and unique quantitative insights.
Juan Pablo holds a bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons, magna cum laude) from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. Before joining S&P, he worked as an economic consultant in Argentina, handling macro-financial research, forecasting, business advisory, and engaging with the local press. Juan Pablo actively collaborates ad honorem as a visiting professor in undergraduate Economics courses at UBA.

Lead Research Analyst, Dividend Forecasting
Vika Tambaeva is a Senior Equity Research Analyst focused on energy, utilities, and energy transition themes. Her work combines bottom-up fundamental analysis with a broader understanding of macroeconomic, regulatory, and capital allocation dynamics shaping industries and financial markets.
At S&P Global, within the Dividend Forecasting team, she leads and conducts research across U.S. and Canadian publicly traded companies, specializing in dividend sustainability, shareholder return policies, and sector-level trends. In addition, she leads and contributes to cross-sector research initiatives focused on broader market developments, capital allocation trends, and thematic investment opportunities.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Vika built experience in banking and project finance, including financial modeling and investment analysis for construction projects. This background strengthened her understanding of capital-intensive industries, corporate financing structures, and long-term investment decision-making.

Head of Factors and Dividends
Rupert Watts is Head of Factors and Dividends at S&P Dow Jones Indices. His field focuses on alternate beta strategies, including factor-based indices, dividends and quantitative strategies. In his role, Rupert works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Global Research & Design departments to bring new ideas to market.
Prior to his current role, Rupert worked at Deutsche Bank for almost 11 years, with the majority of this time dedicated to research and product development within quantitative investment strategies (QIS), with stints on the buy side and sell side. While in QIS, Rupert developed factor-based strategies across multiple asset classes and managed portfolio mandates for institutional clients.
Rupert is originally from the United Kingdom and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of the West of England, Bristol. Rupert is both a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Sr. Factor & Core Equity Strategist
Chris Dahlin serves as a senior strategist overseeing Factor and Core Equity ETFs at Invesco. In his role, Chris is responsible for setting priorities in strategic planning, and provides research and due diligence on methodology, performance, and portfolio positioning. Prior to joining Invesco in 2014, Chris served as an equity, fixed-income and structured securities specialist at Guggenheim Investments.
Chris earned a BA from Michigan State University and an MS in accountancy from DePaul University.
