Mike Wall serves as the Executive Director of Automotive Analysis for S&P Global Mobility. Mike brings more than two decades of financial analysis, forecasting, consulting and manufacturing experience to S&P Global Mobility, with a primary focus on assisting automakers, suppliers and financial firms in their evaluation and understanding of the auto industry, as well as in-depth analysis of vehicle markets and technology trends. Mike is quoted frequently in the media on a variety of automotive topics, and he regularly delivers presentations on the outlook for the automotive industry to company executives, financial investors and other interest groups, including past work with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, Austria. Mike graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in finance and later earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Divyesh Bhakta is Founder & CEO of FinOptSys, Inc. with over 25 years of capital market experience.
Divyesh began his career with JPMorgan in London, helping to build out their Delta 1 TRS trading efforts before being recruited by Barclays in 2004 to set up their Delta 1 trading business in New York. Following the financial crisis of 2008, Divyesh anticipated that the market would need financial resource trading and management solutions which included, but not limited to collateral, balance sheet & regulatory optimization. As such Divyesh moved to Sales to build a leading cross-asset Structured Financing & Solutions team to address these issues, whilst working with and covering global institutional clients.
Most recently Divyesh was Co-Head of Cross Asset Financing distribution at Bank of Montreal where his focus was on deepening and broadening their client base, including pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, global asset managers as well as hedge funds.
Divyesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from King’s College, London and is also a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.

Halima brings with her a wealth of experience in financial markets. She started her career at ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam in 2006, where she held a number of positions related to Treasury solutions, Derivatives, and Securities Financing. Following ABN AMRO, Halima became a Vice President of Sales for Equity Derivatives and Cross Asset Solutions at Société Générale in London. Halima joined Provable Markets from Euronext, where she served as Head of Platform Sales in the United States. Prior to this role, Halima Butt co-headed the exchange’s Financial Derivatives business unit in Europe, and led the company’s business development for the secondary Cash and Derivatives markets in the Netherlands.

Kip Graham is the Global Head of Portfolio Finance at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a global multi-manager platform investing across quantitative, fundamental equity, tactical, and discretionary macro & fixed income trading strategies.
In this capacity Kip oversees Portfolio Finance teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong, and serves as the product owner for the Treasury Technology platform. Prior to joining Schonfeld in 2017, Kip was a Director in Equity Finance Trading at UBS Investment Bank where he managed the hard-to-borrow and risk books within Securities Lending.

BlackRock's Securities Lending business actively manages $5trillion+ of lendable inventory across Equites, Rates & Credit. Mr Hay's service with the firm dates back to 2005. Prior to joining the Securities Lending team, Nick was a Portfolio Manager within BlackRock Cash Management Group.
Nick earned a BSc with First Class Honours in Economics from Birmingham University in 2004. He has completed postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and Harvard University.

Brian D. Murphy is the Global Head of Securities Lending at Point72 Asset Management L.P., responsible for the Firm’s financing teams based in Connecticut, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Brian D. Murphy is the Global Head of Securities Lending at Point72 Asset Management L.P., responsible for the Firm’s financing teams based in Connecticut, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. His team is responsible for maximizing borrow liquidity for the Firm’s equity trading business, while also efficiently managing financing costs across all global markets in which Point72 trades. Brian has 18 years of experience in the Securities Lending industry, working in buy-side roles at Fidelity Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs before joining the Firm in 2011. Brian holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. Upon graduation, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as an aviator for nine years. He then transitioned to Finance after obtaining his M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Vikas previously ran the trading and risk function for ASL; working closely with the client performance team to maximize alpha generation within client constructs on both the asset and liability front. Prior to taking on the trading head role in 2018, he ran Fixed Income trading (2016) and previously the International Equity book out of New York.

Michael K Slomienski is head of Supply for US Securities Lending in Prime Services. Previously, he worked in a sales-trading capacity on the US Demand team covering hedge funds in Securities Lending. From 2006 to 2012, Mike worked in both the Tokyo and London offices in various Securities Lending capacities. He joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in New York in 2004 and was named managing director in 2017.
Mike serves on the Board of Equilend, a financial technology company that specializes in the global securities finance marketplace. He also serves on the Board of the New Jersey Golf Foundation, an organization committed to impacting lives and communities through golf with a focus on three core pillars: youth, military and special needs.
Mike earned a BS in Finance, cum laude, from Boston College in 2004.

Securities Finance includes Agency Securities Lending program and the Principal related activities including FICC’s Cleared Repo, Secured Loan Portfolio and the prime brokerage proxy Borrow+ which facilitates alternative managers borrowing securities. Nehal has global responsibilities for the agency and principal businesses and provides strategic direction for securities lending functions including trading, cash collateral investment, sales, relationship management and business development.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2023, Nehal spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and London in a range of roles, including most recently co-heading Global Cross Asset Financing within Global Markets and Banking. In this role she partnered with Fixed Income, Equities, Prime Brokerage and Corporate Treasury to originate innovative solutions for liquidity and capital resource optimization for the firm’s liabilities and distributed these solutions to a breadth of institutional clients. During her tenure at the firm, she also had responsibilities in equity structuring and started her career in foreign exchange trading.
