Stephanie Huard is the Head of EMEA Credit Solutions Sales at S&P Global Market Intelligence. With over 20 years of sales and leadership experience, she manages the European Sales team within the Credit & Risk Solution division, which helps the financial community manage and understand essential information regarding credit risk, compliance exposure, and regulations. The Credit Risk Solutions product suite includes desktop and enterprise solutions focused on Ratings from S&P Global Ratings. In her previous role, Stéphanie oversaw the Strategic Accounts team for banks, insurance, and commodities within Southern Europe. She established a robust sales team by adopting a new way of serving clients through global strategic accounts. She joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2003 and has held a wide range of Managerial and Senior Sales roles in Europe. She won the President Circle Award- distinction several times for worldwide sales & management performances. Prior joining S&P Global in 2003, she worked in London for Derivative Trading Systems Ltd and at Aspen Research Europe Ltd.
Stephanie has been appointed President of the Southern EMEA chapter of Women Initiative for Networking & Success—or affectionately called WINS. She led the Paris chapter for the past 7 years and is accompanying WINS from the regional leadership role in its mission to accelerate personal and professional women’s growth.

Sylvain joined S&P Global Ratings in September 2018 as Chief EMEA Economist, based in Frankfurt.
Before that, Sylvain was Head of Economics at the French investment bank Natixis and a member of the General Management of its German Branch. Sylvain has been a member of the “ECB shadow Council”, a panel of leading European economists formed by German economic daily Handelsblatt since November 2012, and is a member of different public sector advisory groups. Sylvain holds doctorate degrees in Economics from the Universities of Frankfurt and of Lyon as well as a certification from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). He teaches at the Paris Dauphine University for the Master in Banking & Finance.

Global Head of Credit Research & Insights
Alexandre Birry is the Global Head of Credit Research & Insights for S&P Global Ratings. His team looks after the regional and global Credit Conditions Committees and Credit Market Research. He is also part of a working group assessing how megatrends may impact creditworthiness. His prior role (until April 2024) was as Chief Analytical Officer for Financial Institutions ratings, where his responsibilities included coordinating S&P Global Ratings’ efforts to drive analytical consistency and ratings quality for banks and non-bank financial institutions, and the contribution to and coordination of sector research publications. Alexandre also co-created and co-chaired a cross-divisional research lab on digital assets. Previously acting as sector lead for EMEA Financial Institutions, he also chaired an internal taskforce analyzing the potential impact of regulatory developments on bank ratings, in addition to being an active participant in rating committees globally. Alexandre joined S&P Global Ratings in November 2009, covering over time a large number of banks across Europe.
His previous working experience includes five years in Fitch Ratings' Financial Institutions team, covering banks in Northern Europe, and two years at UBS, within the corporate finance Financial Institutions Group.
Alexandre recently relocated to Paris after 20+ years in London. He holds a Master in Management, with a major in finance, from HEC Paris, as well as a CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) Master in International Management.

Head of Sustainability Sales – Europe
Jean-Florent is Head of FI Business Development, Central and Southern Europe at Trucost, part of S&P Global.
Trucost assesses and prices risks relating to climate change, natural resource constraints and broader ESG factors, enabling companies and financial institutions to understand exposure to ESG-related risks in a quantified, value-chain-based and comparable manner, inform resilience and identify the transformative solutions of tomorrow.
Jean-Florent has a deep understanding of investor needs in the area of ESG research having worked more than 12 years in that field. He advises the broad financial community (pension funds, sovereign funds, asset managers, private markets investors, banks, insurance companies, academics) in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria on the integration of sustainability criteria into strategy, financial analyses, risk management and reporting (TCFD, SDGs, Green Taxonomy, Science-Based Targets etc.). Jean-Florent co-developed the Trucost services that help hundreds of investors comply with Article 173 of the French Energy Transition law and is a regular speaker at events, courses or workshops.
Jean-Florent also works closely with S&P Global colleagues in Central & Southern Europe, hence contributing to the integration of ESG throughout S&P Global’s products and services. Prior to working at Trucost, Jean-Florent was a credit analyst at BNP Paribas, a governance & SRI analyst at Dutch Sustainability Research in the Netherlands and a RI manager at Sustainalytics in France. He holds a MSc degree from environmental engineering school ISARA Lyon and a MSc in asset management from ESA Business School. He is also a PRI academy certificate holder.
