Theofanis Karamplianis is an Editorial & Publishing Analyst for Agribusiness, publishing one-off reports on crop protection, animal health and biologicals.
Theo has worked both in scientific and commercial sectors focused in agribusiness, sustainable & organic agriculture, agricultural biotechnology, nature conservation, tobacco industry and medicinal & aromatic plants.
He is a member of many scientific societies, a reviewer in scientific journals and an author of more than 20 scientific papers and book chapters. He has also found and described a new wild species of Crocus, Crocus orphei.
Theo holds MSc and BSc in agricultural biotechnology from Agricultural University of Athens and in due course will receive his PhD in plant systematics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
