Pacific Gas and Electric secures $250M term loan

PG&E Corp. subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric Co. on Feb. 23 obtained a $250 million unsecured term loan it plans to use for general corporate purposes.

The term loan matures Feb. 22, 2019, according to a Form 8-K. The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. and U.S. Bank National Association acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.
