Indonesia's PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk changed its name to PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk, effective Dec. 29.

The bank changed the name after getting approval from the Financial Services Authority, according to a same-day release. The name change came after China Construction Bank Corp. acquired a majority stake in the Indonesian bank in September.
