LiontrustAsset Management Plc completed the of the European income fundmanagement business of ArgonautCapital Partners LLP on July 8.

The FP Argonaut European Income Fund and the FP ArgonautEuropean Enhanced Income Fund were merged into the Liontrust European IncomeFund and the Liontrust European Enhanced Income Fund, respectively.

The deal, which was announced in April, gives Liontrust anextra £272 million in AUM.
