Oman's National Life and General Insurance Co. SAOG opened its first office in Kuwait, the Middle East Insurance Review reported March 21, citing CEO S. Venkatachalam.

Venkatachalam said the company is keen on regional expansion and that Kuwait is a wealthy market. The company has a market share of over 65% in Oman, the report noted.

It also has branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the publication added.
