Deutsche Telekom rolls out Ultra HD set-top boxes

Deutsche Telekom AG rolled out new Ultra HD set-top boxes for its Entertain TV service, Digital TV Europe reported Oct. 5.

The new models are both Ultra HD TV-capable and will give users access to Netflix Inc.'s content. The MR401 costs a monthly €4.95, while the MR201 costs €3.95 a month. Entertain TV gives users access to Telekom's own on-demand service, along with YouTube and Sky.

Customers with Magenta L broadband connection will get access to the Ultra HD TV service, according to the report.
