Thecompany expects net proceeds of about $384.9 million from the offering afterdeducting the underwriting discount and commissions and estimated offeringexpenses payable by the company, according to an April 5 news release.
Thecompany also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to anadditional 3,375,000 common shares.
Theoffering is expected to close on April 11.
PhysiciansRealty plans to use the proceeds from the offering to fund a portion of thepurchase price of the Catholic Health Initiatives property portfolio and forgeneral corporate purposes, as previously reported.
KeyBancCapital Markets, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and BMO CapitalMarkets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
