Invitation Homes Inc. said a secondary offering of 40.0 million of its common shares by certain selling stockholders affiliated with private equity giant Blackstone Group LP priced at $25.30 apiece.

The single-family real estate investment trust noted that it is not offering any shares in the offering and, as such, will not receive any proceeds.

Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the underwriters for the offering, which is expected to close June 3.
