Renovus Capital Partners provided senior debt financing to The NCHERM Group LLC, a Berwyn, Pa.-based provider of proactive risk management solutions customized for educational institutions.

The deal is expected to help NCHERM expand its offerings and further build out its management team.

Creo Montminy served as the sell-side adviser to NCHERM, while DLA Piper served as legal counsel to Renovus Capital.
