Ronshine China to issue additional notes under 8.25% notes series

Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. is planning to issue more notes that will be consolidated with its previous issuances of 8.25% senior notes due 2021 worth US$425.0 millon.

The additional notes will also be listed on the Singapore bourse and, aside from the size and issue date, will bear the same terms as the earlier offerings. Proceeds will be used to refinance certain of the Hong Kong-listed real estate company's debt.

So far, the 8.25% senior notes series is composed of US$325.0 million and US$100.0 million notes issued Feb. 1 and Feb. 27, respectively.

If the issuance pushes through, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., Morgan Fuel Go Securities Ltd., Oceanwide Securities Co. Ltd., China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd. and Fosun Hani Securities Ltd. will be the joint book runners and joint lead managers.
