GladstoneCommercial Corp. said it plans to fully redeem all of theoutstanding shares of its 7.125% series C cumulative term preferred stock.

The company will redeem the 540,000 shares Aug. 19 at aredemption price equal to $25.09401042 per share.

This comprises the payment of the $25.00 liquidationpreference, plus accrued and unpaid dividends from and including Aug. 1 up toand including Aug. 19 in the amount of 9.401042 cents per share.
