UDR Inc. Senior Executive Vice President Warren Troupe will assume the newly created position of senior adviser to the office of the chairman, effective April 1.

Troupe also agreed to a consulting agreement with the multifamily real estate investment trust running through December 2022 and renewable by either party thereafter.
