AB Private Credit Investors Corp's board has approved modified asset coverage requirements.

As a result of the approval, the company's asset coverage requirements applicable to senior securities are anticipated to decrease to 150% from 200%, effective July 5, 2019, unless approved earlier by a vote of a majority of the company's shareholders.

AB Private Credit Investors is a unit of AB Pvt Credit Investors LLC.
