Boston-based private investment group Devonshire Investors acquired NovoEd Inc., which supports corporate learning initiatives for large and midsize companies, social impact organizations and executive education providers.

NovoEd plans to use the investment to fund product innovation, talent acquisition and the expansion of its customer support and services.
