Orlando Utilities Commission, or OUC, General Manager and CEO Ken Ksionek announced his retirement to the board of commissioners, effective Feb. 1, 2018.

Ksionek joined OUC in 1985 as director of construction, according to a July 28 news release, which credited him with coordinating restoration efforts that returned power to customers during three back-to-back hurricanes in 2004.
