ClearView Wealth Ltd. appointed Satoshi Wakuya and Susan Young as nonexecutive directors.

Wakuya is the head of the business development division for Sony Life Insurance Co. Ltd., while Young has served as a nonexecutive director on ClearView's superannuation trustee board over the last six years, two of which she was chairman, according to a Dec. 14 release.

The appointments follow Sony Life Insurance's acquisition of a 14.9% stake in ClearView, which makes the Japanese insurer a strategic shareholder in the company.
