Monetate Inc. named Richard Rivera chief revenue officer of the company.

In his new position, Rivera will support the company's next phase of growth, including expansion efforts to support Monetate's retail and other digital brands globally, according to a March 21 news release.

Rivera has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Dialpad Inc. and BladeLogic Inc. He is the founder of GENNOW Sales Consulting.

Monetate provides a platform that allows marketers to create, test and deploy personalized digital experiences for IT or consulting resources.
