Natixis named Marc Mourre head of global markets commodities at its corporate and investment banking business.

Mourre has been working for the French lender as a senior adviser since March. Based in London, he will report to head of global markets Luc François, and locally to senior country manager for the U.K. and head of global markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa Serge Ekué.

Mourre replaces Simon Grenfell, who left Natixis recently, according to an Oct. 17 Reuters report.
