Two managers resign from Asociación La Nacional de Ahorros y Préstamos

Two managers at Asociación La Nacional de Ahorros y Préstamos have stepped down for personal reasons, the Dominican Republic-based savings and loan association said in a securities filing Dec. 15.

Johnny Hernández Rodríguez, the firm's regulatory compliance and legal risk manager, and Luis Garrido Pastrano, second regional vice president of business in the metro west zone, resigned effective Dec. 13.

Until replacements are named, Giordano Santos Peña, the company's manager of money-laundering prevention, will oversee the regulatory compliance and legal risk area, while Luis Sanquintin Guerrero, second regional vice president of business in the metro east zone, will be in charge of business in the metro west zone.
