The Opus Group disposed of The Loden apartment complex in Edina, Minn., for $68.7 million, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The property at 5995 Lincoln Drive, which contains 246 units, was sold to two funds managed by Eaton Vance Real Estate Investment Group, the publication noted, citing an electronic real estate valuation certificate.
