Electricite de France grosses €1.75 billion from debt offering

Electricité de France SA raised gross proceeds of €1.75 billion from an offering of 1% senior unsubordinated unsecured green notes due Oct. 13, 2026.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and investment in securities.

Banca IMI SpA, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, Banco Santander SA, Barclays Bank PLC, CM-CIC Market Solutions, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank SA, ING Bank NV's Belgium branch, La Banque Postale SA, Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA, Natixis SA, Societe Generale SA and UniCredit Bank AG were the lead underwriters.
