CaixaBank SA raised €1 billion in a five-year senior nonpreferred debt issuance that was more than twice oversubscribed, Cinco Días reported Oct. 17.
The bank priced the issuance at 145 basis points over midswaps, the benchmark of euro-denominated fixed-income issues, and demand had reached €2.25 billion, according to the report. The coupon was set at 1.75%, according to Cbonds.
Barclays, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Natixis and CaixaBank managed the sale.
