Flagship Bank Minnesota named Brian Wagner president, effective Jan. 1, 2019, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

Wagner, who joined the bank in 2013, most recently was executive vice president.

Wayzata, Minn.-based Flagship Bank Minnesota is a unit of Flagship Financial Group Inc.
