Mizuho Americas LLC added Andrew Karnovsky, Angela McCracken and Heidi Sandquist as managing directors to its North American banking coverage team.

Karnovsky will cover automotive and will be based in New York. He was recently a director of U.S. automotive and commercial vehicle investment banking at RBC Capital Markets.

McCracken will cover energy and will be based in Houston. She joins from Deutsche Bank, where she was head of leveraged energy corporate banking.

Sandquist will cover food and beverage. She most recently worked with Bank of Montreal's BMO Capital Markets as director of food, consumer and retail corporate banking.

Mizuho Americas is a part of the Japan-based Mizuho Financial Group Inc.
