Origis Energy USA Inc. on March 18 said it formed Origis Services LLC to deliver full-scope operations and maintenance services for the U.S. solar and energy storage market.

The new subsidiary will serve Origis Energy's pipeline and growth and will provide third-party services, according to a news release.

"The formation of Origis Services is a natural extension of our track record. We will leverage our inherent economies of scale and expertise to the broader solar and energy storage markets," Origis Energy CEO and President Guy Vanderhaegen said.

Origis Services manages a solar portfolio of over 500 MW with integrated operations and maintenance and asset-management services. Michael Eyman, who joined Origis Energy in 2018 to organize the internal operations and maintenance and asset management team, will lead the new company as managing director.
