Euronet Worldwide closes €600M senior notes offering

Euronet Worldwide Inc. on May 22 completed the public offering of €600 million of 1.375% senior notes due May 22, 2026.

Interest will be paid May 22 of each year, starting May 22, 2020.

Net proceeds were about €593.5 million, which the company plans to use for general corporate purposes.

Merrill Lynch International, Barclays Bank PLC and Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd. served as the joint book-running managers for the offering.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA; Bank of Montreal, London Branch; Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank; Fifth Third Securities Inc.; KBC Bank NV; KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.; Lloyds Securities Inc.; RBC Europe Ltd.; Regions Securities LLC; and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. were the co-managers.
