Volkswagen Financial Services issues €1.75B in international bonds

Germany-based Volkswagen Financial Services AG issued €1.75 billion of international bonds in two tranches, Cbonds reported Oct. 9.

The first tranche, amounting to €1 billion, matures on Oct. 16, 2020, and carries a coupon of 0.25%.

The second tranche, amounting to €750 million, matures on Oct. 16, 2026, and carries a coupon of 2.25%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Banco Santander, Société Générale, UniCredit served as book runners on both the deals.
