Darby, Pa.-based Sharon Savings Bank seeks to change its name to Sharon Bank.

The Sharon Bancorp Inc. subsidiary on March 12 applied with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities to amend its articles of incorporation to change its corporate title.

Sharon MHC is the bank's ultimate parent.
