U.K.-based online trading platform IG Group Holdings PLC appointed Robert McTighe its new chairman, effective Feb. 3, 2020.
He will take over from Jonathan Moulds, who served as interim chairman after Andy Green stepped down in September.
McTighe, who has held various nonexecutive director roles in several firms, is chairman of Together Financial Services Ltd.
