Switzerland-based wealth, investment management firm joining Focus Financial

Geneva, Switzerland-based wealth and investment management company Octogone Holding SA is joining New York-based Focus Financial Partners Inc. as a partner firm.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.

Octogone and its subsidiaries offer wealth management solutions and tailored asset allocation to wealthy individuals and families across Europe, the U.S., Latin America and the Middle East. With the deal, Focus will enter into many new ultra-high-net-worth markets globally, substantially expanding its international presence.
