SKY Network Television Ltd. said Feb. 17 that it secured exclusive rights to air the Premier League games in New Zealand pursuant to a six-year deal, beginning in the 2022-23 season this August.
The deal's financial terms were not disclosed.
The company will add the Premier League games to its Sky Sport offer, which includes coverage of the A-Leagues, European soccer, the FIFA World Cup 2022 and the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.
Sky Network's streaming service, Sky Sport Now, will also stream all 380 of the league's matches per year.
