Oxford Properties Group Inc. bought an office campus in Research Triangle Park, N.C., for $138 million, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
The seller was investment firm Global Mutual.
The five-building Research Commons, located at 79 TW Alexander Drive, contains 429,758 square feet of office space with 18 acres of vacant land that could be developed. Pharmaceutical company Grifols is the anchor tenant at the property, which was 86% leased as of November, the publication reported, citing marketing materials from JLL.
