InnovaCare Health obtains financing commitment for Bain buyout

InnovaCare Health LP received loans backing a buyout of the company by Bain Capital Private Equity. Benefit Street Partners LLC is leading committed financing for the transaction.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

InnovaCare Health owns and operates medical groups, health plans, medical service organizations and clinical networks.
