Hub International acquires assets of Heritage Wealth Management Group

Chicago-based Hub International Ltd. acquired the assets of Moon Township, Pa.-based Heritage Wealth Management Group LLC.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Heritage Wealth Management Group is an independent financial services firm that has 300 clients with more than $205 million in assets as of January.

Heritage Wealth Management Group President Michael Finnell and the firm's team will join Hub HDH, according to a news release.
