Hertz Investment Group LLC sold the 48-story Salesforce Tower at 111 Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis for $192.5 million, IndyStar reported.
The office tower was put up for sale in March 2020 and was sold to Square Deal Investment Management in a deal that closed earlier in January.
The tower will keep the name of salesforce Inc., which will remain a tenant at the skyscraper, a Square Deal spokeswoman reportedly said. Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, the Indy Chamber, Chase Bank and the restaurant Yolk are among the other tenants at the property.
Cushman & Wakefield was tapped to handle leasing for the building.
