The ISDA Amend team at S&P Global is leading a series of working group meetings to conduct a robust review of all the regulatory data available on the ISDA Amend platform, with a view towards optimization for data providers and data consumers. The goal is to synchronize overlapping data points across the different modules within ISDA Amend, as well as building in data validation checks that ensure the consistency of counterparty data. Additionally, the Working Group will also examine fields that may no longer be operative or need enhancement.

Ideal Participants

• Industry personnel who are intimately aware of the data discrepancies that institutions currently face while ingesting ISDA Amend data (Compliance/ Operations)
• Members from financial industry legal teams who can help work through the definitions included in the various protocols and industry documents utilized on the platform
  
  

Desired Outcome

• Create a data map that can be shared with firms who ingest ISDA Amend data
• Evolve the technology to synchronize data in various modules
• Structure a validation service run by S&P Global to outreach to entity owners (agents and/ or principals) to clarify conflicting data
