Research — JULY 31, 2025

The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) delivered 150 commercial aircraft in the second quarter of 2025, an increase from 92 a year ago and 130 in the previous quarter, as the US aerospace group's recovery accelerates following a turbulent 2024.
A surge in aircraft deliveries increased Q2 revenue by 35% year-on-year to $22.7 billion. According to Visible Alpha consensus estimates, analysts expect third-quarter revenue to grow by 25%, and full-year revenue is forecast to rise 29% to $86 billion. This is a sharp turnaround from the -14% decline posted last year.
Boeing's net loss is projected at $180 million for 2025, narrowing significantly from the $11.8 billion loss reported in 2024. Commercial deliveries are set to climb to 584 aircraft, up 68% for the year compared with a 34% drop in 2024.
Boeing’s defense, space and security segment is also poised for modest growth. Revenue from the division should rise by 5% in 2025, compared with a 4% decline in 2024.
