Bank7 to acquire controlling interest in Century Financial Services

Oklahoma City-based Bank7 Corp., the parent company of Bank7, agreed to acquire an approximately 71% controlling ownership interest in Santa Fe, New Mexico-based Century Financial Services Corp. for $68.0 million in cash.
