HDFC Bank gets RBI approval to raise stakes in ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra

Reserve Bank of India approved HDFC Bank's proposal to acquire aggregate holdings of up to 9.95% in ICICI Bank Ltd. and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. through its group entities.
