Pa. regulators advance model tariff for large-load customers

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission voted 5-0 on April 30 to adopt changes to a proposed tariff framework for large-load customers, including data centers, in an effort to protect existing ratepayers and maintain system reliability.
