Mercury obtains OCC conditional approval to establish Mercury Bank

With the OCC's conditional approval, Mercury will work to satisfy the remaining requirements and obtain final authorization from the regulator, as well as pending approvals from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Federal Reserve.
